 HRB’s 89 rental units provided safe housing for 228 people in 2008. We work in partnership with Helpline House and other non-profit and for-profit agencies to provide the support that Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap needs. HRB also provides management services for the seven affordable units in the Islander Mobile Home Park that are owned by the City of Bainbridge Island. HRB’s interrelated housing support programs are:
