 With funding provided by the City through the Health, Housing and Human Services Council (HHH's), and by Kitsap County; HRB manages the Emergency Rental Assistance program, which provides financial support to island individuals and families during a crises by providing rental or mortgage assistance. Partnering with Helpline House, HRB provides assistance with rent and/or utilities to island families, who could otherwise be faced with losing their homes.
