 This program prepares HRB home purchasing applicants for the responsibilities of home ownership. Participants receive extensive training to help them understand the process of buying and maintaining homes and preparing for their mortgage application.
We currently have four units in the Vineyard Lane development, and are beginning the design process for the Ferncliff project, a sustainable, affordable community. The first phase of this project will provide 24 two and three bedroom affordable homes.
