Through our five housing support programs and all of our properties, HRB helps approximately 1,000 individuals with housing annually. As of spring 2007, we acquired four units of permanently affordable ownership condominiums that we steward in the Vineyard Lane development using the Community Land Trust model.
Properties owned and managed by HRB include IslandHome, a 10-unit complex; VillageHome, an 11 unit mixed-use condo development; Western View Terrace, consisting of 2 buildings and 8 units within a larger complex of buildings; Janet West Home, 9 apartments; Island Terrace, 48 units; as well as three single family homes moved and renovated to serve as affordable rentals – ForestHome, Sadie Woodman Home, and Dore Cabin.
