Community Land Trust Orientation for Ferncliff Affordable Sustainable Community
For those who are interested in learning more about purchasing a CLT home in the Ferncliff developement, HRB is conducting Community Land Trust Orientation sessions.
The Housing Resource Board is accepting applications for our two and three bedroom homes to be built in the Ferncliff community. The homes will be sold at below-market prices and will be part of HRB’s Community Land Trust (CLT).
Those working on the island and/or current residents will be given wait list preference and are strongly encouraged to apply. Those with household income as low as $25,000 are also encouraged to apply.
