Emergency Rental Assistance Program

This program provides financial support to North Kitsap County individuals and families during housing crises. Funds for these services are provided by the City of Bainbridge Island and the Homeless Housing Assistance Act Grant Program. In conjunction with Helpline House, Fishline, and St. Vincent De Paul, HRB oversees the disbursement of these funds to those in need of assistance with housing payments. On average, HRB helps 100+ families annually who would otherwise be faced with homelessness.
